Tragically, Deshayla's life was cut short in a shooting incident in Virginia Beach on March 26, 2021. According to a statement from the Virginia Beach Police Department, Harris was an innocent bystander at the scene of the incident and sadly, she succumbed to her injuries on the spot. Just hours before the unfortunate event, Harris had posted a video of herself on Instagram with a caption that read: 'I'm only doing s**t that’s gonna make me elevate!' Regrettably, Deshayla’s Instagram account has been deleted since then.
Mehgan James

In 2016, she was embroiled in controversy when Dominique, the wife of Oakland Raiders’ star Donald Penn, accused him of fathering a child with Camilla. Dominique expressed her belief on Instagram that Penn was the father of Poindexter’s baby, born in March 2016. Today, Camilla Poindexter has transitioned into a new phase of her career.
